NON-RETURNABLE

There are specific circumstances under which you cannot return an item or cancel an order:

  • You selected the wrong size, color, or product type.
  • The product’s image quality meets our standards.
  • You made an accidental order or lost interest.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours from placement.
  • Please note that refunds are not accepted when using a coupon code. We appreciate your understanding.

ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR CUSTOMER RETURNS:

  1. Lost Orders:

In cases where an order is lost during transit, we will send a replacement at our expense. We use tracking numbers to verify whether an order has been lost or delivered.

  1. Return Policy or Replacement:

While all products undergo quality checks, exceptions can occur. If you encounter any of the issues below upon opening the package, inform us by emailing a photo along with your order number:

  • Unclear printed image.
  • Off-center printed image.
  • Incorrect package against the order.
  • Delivery-caused damage: torn, soiled, etc.
  • Incorrect size, color, or style compared to the order.
  • Other errors caused by us.

For products with the above issues, contact us via email or our website with error photos and your order number. We will refund or replace the item once the issue is confirmed.

Note: * Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed items in their original condition. We’re not responsible for size discrepancies if made as per your request. For incorrect sizes shipped compared to the order, our policy applies.

  • How to Return Your Item(s):

Step 1: Initiate the Return

  • Return items within 30 days from your package delivery date.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Keep all sewn-in or hang tags intact.
  • You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. You’re responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return Address: Ship the item to the sender’s address printed on the package label.

Step 2: Our Check and Processing

  • Once we receive your return, an email will notify you. We’ll promptly inform you of the refund approval or rejection after review.

  • The refund processing requires time for comparison and discussion with our partner.

  • Your refund will be processed, which may take 3-5 business days after issuance.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Refunds might take time to be posted officially.
